Our payment policy requires that you pay upfront and we will help you get reimbursed from your insurance company. We are equipped to prepare and send claims electronically using the internet on your behalf. Electronic submission ensures efficient and timely repayment. Unfortunately we cannot receive direct payment from most insurance companies due to the Privacy Act. With the Privacy Act in place, insurance carriers are hesitant to provide us with information regarding clients' claims and insurance plan details.
However, by submitting your claim using the internet, you will usually receive payment within 1-3 days of your appointment. This process is made even faster if you have set up direct deposit through your bank account.
