Hospital Dentistry
Some patients require that their dentistry be done in a hospital setting under general anesthetic. Our dentists have hospital privileges and will do treatment in the hospital. Due to lack of hospital time there is a long waiting list and patients may wait anywhere from 6-12 months or more for treatment. We prioritize our patients and put young children and patients with physical and mental disabilities first. There are other options for adult patients who just fear going to the dentist.
If the dentist thinks you or your child need to be treated in the hospital you will be put on a waiting list and contacted when a spot opens up. If the wait time is too long we recommend calling around to other dental clinics in town to see what the wait time is and you may need to travel outside for treatment. Please discuss the options with your dentist.
