Alex is our office manager. She is originally from Wales, but has settled in nicely in the Yukon. Her bubbly and positive attitude will keep you chatting. Alex is responsible for the day to day smooth operations at Riverstone Dental. Any financial or billing worries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, so all you need to worry about is who should see your new smile first!
Darrin is our business manager, and he enjoys overseeing the operation of our busy, high quality dental office. He enjoys the Yukon outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, camping or all of the above! Darrin loves interacting with people so don’t be surprised if he tells you a funny story or joke while you’re at our front desk.
Heidi is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She’s recently joined the team from Barrington, N.S. Heidi has amazing people skills that will calm your nerves and set your mind at ease. She is a very easygoing person and will make your next visit a pleasant one. Heidi enjoys relaxing on the weekends and exploring the Yukon.
Io is our main dental hygienist and is one of the perkiest people you’ll meet. She is passionate about making sure patients are educated about their own oral health. Io always makes sure her patients are at ease and comfortable, and if you’re really good, she’ll give you a sticker at the end of your appointment!
Noelle is our most experienced Certified Dental Assistant, with over 14 years of experience under her belt. She joined the Riverstone team from another clinic in Whitehorse. She is another East Coaster, originally from Cape Breton, N.S. Noelle’s calm, professional approach makes everyone from children to seniors feel comfortable at our clinic. Vanessa, already a dental assistant, is working toward certification. Vanessa has a fun and charming demeanor which means that she rarely has a patient who isn’t completely comfortable and at ease. Originally from Sparwood, B.C., Vanessa has continued with her love of the outdoors and can be found hunting and ATVing with her boyfriend on weekends.
