Dr. Amanda Sinclair

Dr. Sinclair grew up in Dawson Creek, B.C. After graduating high school she attended the University of Calgary where she studied sciences before going to the University of Alberta for dental school. She graduated from the U of A with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2005.

After dental school, Dr. Sinclair moved to the Yukon with her husband Darrin and began working as an associate dentist at Pearson Dental Clinic. In November 2008 Dr. Sinclair purchased and renamed the dental clinic and is now the proud owner of Riverstone Dental Clinic.

Dr. Sinclair is passionate about dentistry and strives to make each and every visit a positive one for her patients. She’s confident that she’s assembled a great team of staff and associate dentists to compliment her commitment to the highest quality of dental care.

Dr. Sinclair is also the proud mother of three beautiful children, Sydney, Alexander and Cooper.

Dr. David Baker

David enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and won't settle for anything less than the best when it comes to patient care and treatment. David graduated from the highly respected Dental program at the University of Saskatchewan. He was the recipient of several awards, including: Western Canada Dental Society Award, Anthony A. Blasko Memorial Scholarship, 3M Canada Company Scholarship in Restorative Dentistry, American Association of Craniofacial Pain Senior Student Award, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Radiology Achievement Award, Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry and AAE Student Achievement Award in Endodontics.

David is committed to increasing his knowledge and skills and staying current with new and efficient dental techniques. David firmly believes in the importance of proper oral health care, and enjoys sharing that knowledge with his patients. Along with being passionate about floss and toothpaste, David is also passionate about the outdoors; anything from fishing and hunting to hiking and camping. Along with his wife and two children, David is enjoying the Yukon experience and everything that comes with it; especially the teeth.

Dr. Grant Woo

Dr. Woo came to Whitehorse almost 2 years ago from Vancouver where he spent 19 years in private practice. His practice consisted of cosmetic and implant dentistry. With their 2 sons grown up and on their own, Grant and his wife decided to venture the Great White North where the air is fresh and the view breathtaking.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Genetics. A Dental degree from University of BC as well as Hospital Residency program at BC Children’s Hospital. His biggest success is the trusting relationships he has built with his patients. He is commited to highest quality of care for all his patients.

His passions in life include his wife, all racquet sports especially tennis and implant dentistry. He loves all things outdoors and hopes to further his skills in bowhunting and learn about fishing. He is also a large supporter of the Arts.
