Your First Visit
What You Can Expect
When you schedule your first visit to our office for a check-up and dental cleaning, please bring contact information or at least the name of your previous dentist as we may ask them for any current X-rays they have on file for you. In some instances, dental offices will require your written permission to release your X-rays and may even charge a fee for duplication of them.
If you have a dental insurance plan we will require that you bring your insurance information with you to your dental appointment so that we can submit claims on your behalf.
